For Customers
Yes, 100% free. Posting a job, browsing pros, comparing bids, and messaging professionals costs nothing. You only pay when you accept a bid and the job is completed to your satisfaction.
Most jobs receive their first bid within 5–15 minutes. Popular categories like electrical, plumbing, and cleaning typically get 3–8 bids within the first hour. We notify you via push notification for each new bid.
After posting, verified professionals submit bids with their proposed price and a message. If a pro bids within your set budget range, their bid is highlighted. You can also make a counter-offer to negotiate a better price before accepting.
Don't confirm job completion — your payment stays in escrow. Open a dispute from the app and our team will investigate within 24 hours. If the work doesn't meet standards, you receive a full or partial refund. You're always protected.
Yes — and there's no cancellation fee for customers. If you cancel before the job starts, you're refunded in full. If you cancel after the pro has started, our team will determine a fair settlement based on work completed.

For Professionals
Download the Solvo app, register, complete your pro profile (bio, service categories, work radius), then submit ID verification. Our team reviews applications within 1–3 business days. Once approved, you can start bidding immediately.
The standard commission is 10% per completed job. This is only charged on successful completions — you pay nothing to browse jobs or submit bids. Top-rated pros with verified badges may qualify for reduced rates.
Payment is released to your Solvo wallet once the customer confirms job completion. You can withdraw to your bank account at any time with standard transfer times of 1–2 business days.
The Trust Score is a composite metric based on your rating, job completion rate, response speed, and verification level. A higher Trust Score increases your visibility in search results and helps you win more bids.
Payments & Safety
Yes. All payments are held in secure escrow — we never send money to the pro until you confirm satisfaction. Transactions are encrypted end-to-end. We never store card details; payments go through certified payment processors.
We accept bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and popular Indonesian e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA). New payment methods are added regularly.
